Once we agree on your accommodation, you will be provided with a confirmation via e-mail. In a separate e-mail we will send a Terms and Conditions document, requesting you to e-sign it and attach a copy of your ID document.

Our specialist will issue an invoice with a ‘pay via card’ button which is a secure and easy method of payment.
After a confirmation of your reservation we will issue an invoice with all the details you delivered to us. To make a payment you can either use the ‘pay via card’ button or contact us directly to allow our team member to take a payment.

A day before your arrival you will be provided with a full address of the accommodation and all the check-in details.
When your suitcase is already packed and you can check your e-mail to get the address of the accommodation and make sure the check-in instructions are clear. Remember, our friendly team is always on hand should you have any queries.
